Overlooking Five Mile Lake, with a large fireplace at one end, the Dining Hall is often used as a meeting room as well as a place to enjoy meals. The large kitchen is fully equipped with diningware, cooking and cleaning equipment. Total seating is 165 campers and your staff will be fully trained in the use of all kitchen equipment.
Kitchen includes 6'x8' walk in refrigerator, 3-freezers, 2 convection ovens, 6-burner gas range, 5' gas griddle, 3 steam warming bins, conveyor toaster, ice machine, commercial dishwashing room, 2 large rice cookers, and all needed plates, pots and pans and utensils.
